After meditating about my time with WPD, I have grown more than I thought I would. I decided to join because [another student-athlete] and a few others recommended it highly, and they were right. It helped me grow [beyond] a previous relationship and some tough times. I’ve never been good at making and maintaining friendships, and it was amazing to have a good group of guys come together and discuss each other’s hardships in confidentiality. I loved the times I got to join even though a good chunk I missed because of other reasons.
All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed my time communing with you [Dr. M.] and the guys. I have learned a lot just listening to the other guys and their stories and hardships. Thank you for taking the time to care for us and balance our four tires (areas of growth)!!
