UPDATE: MAY 14, 2022 – WPDSports celebrates 1-Year Birthday!!
Wake up. Relieve myself. Drink some Heed (lemon). Secure road ID. Put on the nasty running shoes. Make the 600 meter walk to the golf course. A stretch here…one there. Then walk some more. Get to that one tree. And then start jogging.
Seems like long preparation. Kind of like how I have been slowly prepping for this. What is this? This is now called WPDSports. – Dr. M.
